Grief is a natural consequence of loss, and many people manage their bereavement using their own resources and their usual social network.
However, this support can decline over time and a space to talk freely about feelings can feel limited. St Luke’s bereavement counselling offers a safe non-judgemental place to go and navigate this most difficult experience.
They can offer 1 -1 counselling sessions (after an initial assessment) to support this. They also have a 2 hour Thursday morning support group where you can come to make new friendships.
