New telephone system

Thank you for your invaluable feedback regarding the wait times experienced on our telephone system.

In response to your feedback, we are thrilled to announce that effective from 7th of March 2024, a significant upgrade to our telephone system had been implemented.

The main feature of the new system is the introduction of a call queuing feature, designed to hold your place in line and once you reach the front of the queue, our system will call you back, providing you with the convenience of two call back attempts if needed.

We are committed to continuously improving and bettering our services, and your feedback plays a crucial role in this process. Thank you for your patience and understanding and we hope that this change positively affects your encounters with us!
