The NHS App is a simple and secure way to receive messages from your trusted health care providers.
If a message is not successfully delivered to the NHS App or read by you, you will automatically receive a message via another channel such as SMS or email. However, the NHS app is more secure, more reliable, cheaper, and it allows us to send you better content than before.
To switch on notifications, follow these steps:
- Log in to your NHS App.
- Select the Account icon in the top corner.
- Select Notifications.
- Select go to your Device Settings and select Allow notifications.
- Once you’ve enabled notifications on your device, you need to reopen the NHS app.
