2025 – Patient Survey Results
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our patients who took the time to complete our 2025 patient survey. Your thoughts and feedback are incredibly important to us and play a vital role in shaping the services we provide.
As a result of your feedback alongside changes outlined in the updated GP contract , you’ll begin to see some service improvements roll out over the coming months. We’ll make sure to keep you informed and updated as these changes take shape.
A few key points from the survey:
We heard you – travelling to other practices isn’t always convenient. That’s why we’re now proud to host our own Extended Access Clinic right here at Woodseats Medical Centre every Thursday evening, 6:30–9:30pm (by appointment only). In addition, we offer Friday evening and Saturday appointments approximately every six weeks, also based at our practice. Did you know? We currently offer 56% more appointments than the standard expectation for a practice of our size. Between January and May, we handled an average of 786 calls per working day — a reflection of our team’s dedication to supporting as many patients as needed throughout the day. We understand that at times this may mean a wait to speak with a member of the team, but we hope this highlights just how hard they work to help as many people as possible. We’ve also recently expanded our premises, marking an exciting step forward in our commitment to improving patient care and access. This expansion has taken us from 15 consultation rooms to 22, allowing us to enhance the services we offer and support a growing healthcare team.
