Important Update: Changes to Prescription Request Process
From 1st September 2025, we will no longer be accepting prescription requests via email.
This change is being made to improve patient safety and ensure more accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions. Going forward, all requests must be submitted through one of the following secure methods:
AccuRx – Submit your request online by clicking the link below and selecting “I have an admin request”, input your information and then select ‘Repeat Prescription’ to order your prescription.
https://shorturl.at/bqrW3NHS App or Airmid App – Both apps are free to use and securely linked to your medical record, making it easier to manage your repeat prescriptions.
