Ordering Repeat Prescriptions, Booking Appointments and Access to Detailed Coded Records online.
The Patient Online services enable patients to order repeat prescriptions and book some appointments online.
From 1st April 2016 we started to offer an additional service within Patient Online - Detailed Coded Access to their health records. This includes patients medication, test results and some consultations entries.

How to apply
To register for Patient Online services (also known as SystmOnline), you need to fill in and sign an application form (can be downloaded here or obtained from the Reception). Please bring some form of photo ID and proof of address with you to Reception. You will be issued with your unique Username and Password. In order to protect patient confidentiality and comply with data protection laws we are unable to issue Usernames and Passwords to anyone other than the patient themselves.
Patients will be asked to provide an email address and will then receive an email from Sheffield.Woodseats@nhs.net asking them to confirm their email address via Verification link. Please action the link.

Once the password has been issued to a patient it is the patient's responsibility to keep the password safe and secure and not disclose it to anyone they do not wish to have access to their medical records.
How to use Patient Online (SystmOnline)
Log on with your unique username and password into the Patient Online services using the buttons at the bottom of the Home page or via this link https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com
Once you are logged into your account for the first time click Help on the navigation menu bar to learn how to use the online services.
