From September 9th we will no longer be running the drop in clinic

All diabetics need to book into the Diabetic Clinic held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for blood tests, checking blood pressure, height, weight, promotion info and foot checks.  These are 20min appointments

We cannot accept urine samples after 2pm

We will be holding our first Flu Clinic on Saturday 14th September from 8:30am. This is for Patients aged 65 and Over and is by appointment only. Please call Reception on 0114 2850140 for more details.

Patient Online Services

Ordering Repeat Prescriptions, Booking Appointments and Access to Detailed Coded Records online.   

The Patient Online services  enable patients to order repeat prescriptions and book some appointments online.
From 1st April 2016 we started to offer an additional service within Patient Online - Detailed Coded Access to their health records.  This includes patients medication, test results and some consultations entries.

We recommend that you read Patient Online Record Access leaflet and Patient Online - FAQs – Patients before requesting Detailed Coded Record access.

How to apply

To register for Patient Online services (also known as  SystmOnline), you need to fill in and sign an application form (can be downloaded here or obtained from the Reception). Please bring some form of photo ID and proof of address with you to Reception.  You will be issued with your unique Username and Password. In order to protect patient confidentiality and comply with data protection laws we are unable to issue Usernames and Passwords to anyone other than the patient themselves.

Patients will be asked to provide an email address and will then receive an email from asking them to confirm their email address via Verification link. Please action the link.

(Please do not use for your communications with the practice. For your enquiries use our practice email address instead).

Once the password has been issued to a patient it is the patient's responsibility to keep the password safe and secure and not disclose it to anyone they do not wish to have access to their medical records.

Log  on with your unique username and password into the Patient Online services using the buttons at the bottom of the Home page or via this link

Once you are logged into your account for the first time click Help on the navigation menu bar to learn how to use the online services.
